MEET THE BANDITAS
Melbourne Bandita Bureau: artist-researcher and wanna-be filmmaker. Mildly obsessive about John Cassavetes and Monica Vitti. Leanora is currently doing her PhD at the Victorian College of the Arts where she is reimagining, through her own film photography and community archives, the experience of living in the Australian country town Rainbow. She is currently collaborating with artist Dianne Dickson to create an artists' residency in Rainbow, and is a member of Artists Film Workshop in Melbourne.

Edinburgh Bandita Bureau: Bicycle riding, junk obsessive, who loves to spend her weekends rummaging through dusty crates of junk at flea markets, charity shops and carboot sales. Loves the sea, Dansette record players, Jean Cocteau, Lomo Cameras, Henry Darger and Jeanne Moreau. As well as being a Bandita, Lydia is Short Film Curator for the Edinburgh International Film Festival and a tutor at the University Of Edinburgh.
