In May 2013 the Banditas packed their bags, projectors and gramophones in preparation for their visit to the 59th Short Film Festival in Oberhausen!
We were delighted be invited to take part in the podium discussion: Taught By Surprise-Children in Touch with Experimental Films.
We were joined on the podium by Alejandro Bachmann from the Filmmuseum Vienna and Sara Laukner and Stefanie Schulter from the 'Children's Choice' section at Oberhausen.
As well as catching some interesting screenings and making some new friends, we performed the second installment in our found- film and gramophone odyessey, Reels From Life two, snappily re-titled as 'The Ordinary And Absurd Of The Everyday' for this special Oberhausen outing.
